Anonymous asked: The truth is all coming out now. Dr. Eben Alexander, a neurosurgeon, just came back from Heaven and knows it's real. "According to current medical understanding of the brain and mind, there is absolutely no way that I could have experienced even a dim and limited consciousness during my time in the coma, much less the hyper-vivid and completely coherent odyssey I underwent,"
…right, I’m sure the fact that it happened to a doctor TOTALLY makes it more credible. Our current medical understanding of the mind, although much father along than it was 50 years ago, is still a big mystery. We can understand how our brain does many things but when it comes to the why it can still be a big mystery. One man saying he experienced “amazing” things when in an altered state of consciousness is nothing new. I hope our understanding of the brain continues to grow but considering that scientists can not agree on the cause of something as widespread as Alzheimer’s it is no surprise that there are still mysteries we have yet to uncover.
We were born to late to explore the world and born too early to explore the stars, but the mind is the new frontier of our generation.
